• Taking care of equipment and surface hygiene by cleaning and maintaining on the upper part of the raw material storage hopper ( 218 - BE1 ) to the warehousing chute ( 218 - AS3 - 9 / 218 - ASA - C ) , the upper part of the kiln bucket ( 219 - BE1 ) and the chute of the kiln ( 219 - ASD .
• Strictly abide by the company, plant management system, implement the relevant safety technical regulations, seriously and conscientiously perform the duties of this post.
• Participate in the pre - shift meeting and the post - shift meeting in time , obey the shift supervisor ' s guidelines , accept the supervision and guidance of the shift supervisor ; and execute the production instruction of the kiln operator , so as to produce the scene in real reaction .
• Under the supervision of the shift supervisor, responsible for the upper part of 218-BE1). The inspection and maintenance of the upper part of the tank (218-AS3-9 / 218-ASA-C), the upper part of the bucket lift (219-BE1) and the slant slot (219-ASD) into the kiln (218-AS3-9 / 218-ASA-C); Pay attention to abnormal sounds, oil levels, pressure, flow, temperature, vibration, odour and other equipment anomalies and leak, and report the abnormal immediately; Responsible for assist kiln burner skin cleaning, with kiln smoke chamber cleaning and preheater accident handling, cleaning crust must be done to prevent ironing and other safety measures.
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment in the area by the mechanical and electrical maintenance workers.
