Duties and Responsibilities Primary accountability is to grow business by exploring new avenues of sales Responsible for distributor handling and motivation along with monitoring of Return on investment of the distributor Minimum inventory stocks to be maintained as per company policy & requirements Directly responsible for handling, upkeep and tracking of all company assets like coolers, trucks empty glass creates, etc. Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the monthly / annual sales objectives Generate sales of company products in the region through the sales team Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and range selling Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets. Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material are available with all Customer Executives

• Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent • 2 years of work experience in an FMCG environment • Valid Driving License • Must be a member of ZIM
