Duties and Responsibilities • Primary accountability is to grow business by exploring new avenues of sales • Responsible for distributor handling and motivation along with monitoring of Return on investment of the distributor • Minimum inventory stocks to be maintained as per company policy & requirements • Directly responsible for handling, upkeep and tracking of all company assets like coolers, trucks empty glass crates, etc. • Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the monthly / annual sales objectives • Generate sales of company products in the region through the sales team • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and range selling • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information abut new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets. • Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary • Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material are available with all Customer Executives • Coordinate completion of identified deals, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.

• Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent • 5 years of work experience in an FMCG environment • Valid Driving License • Must be a member of ZIM
